Driver Responsibility

  • Vehicles must be registered with the Parking and Transportation Department to park on campus.
  • Pedestrians in a crosswalk always have right-of-way.
  • Crosswalks must be kept clear. The Troy police department will ticket and "boot" any vehicles that are parked too close to a designated crosswalk.
  • If damage occurs to your vehicle on campus, or if you cause damage to any Rensselaer property, please contact Public Safety.
