Steam

Steam tunnels are very dangerous. The steam is extremely hot and under enough pressure that skin and bone will be badly damaged and could cause loss of life. 

Electricity

If you smell smoke or see flames immediately call 911. Do not attempt to fight an electrical fire, evacuate and sound the alarm.

Water

Should you lose water pressure, find your water discolored or smelling foul, please call 518-276-6656 and advise the RA or RD.

Heat and Air Conditioning

Should you encounter problems with heat or air conditioning in your residence hall or classroom please notify the RA/RD or contact the facilities department. For all emergencies notify the Department of Public Safety.
